Schoolbell is a wobbly felt-tip handwriting face from Font Diner, distributed on Google Fonts, built to sound like a classroom marker rather than a formal script. Strokes vary in width the way a soft tip does, baselines drift slightly, and the letterforms keep the irregularity of a real hand instead of smoothing it out into a uniform pattern.

It leans straight into the primary-school register Comic Sans so often gets drafted for — worksheets, children's material, informal signage, anything meant to read as friendly and hand-marked. Schoolbell arguably does the job more convincingly, since it actually looks handwritten rather than lettered.
