About Mazius Display
Mazius Display is a high-contrast display serif by Alberto Casagrande and Collletttivo, released under the Open Font License. It is a modern take on the Didone tradition — hairline serifs, dramatic thick-to-thin contrast, and sharp, precise detailing tuned for large sizes.
Like any Didone it is a display face first: at headline and cover sizes the contrast reads as elegant and editorial, while at text sizes the thin strokes drop away. It suits fashion, culture, and editorial titling that wants a contemporary, fine-drawn serif with real presence. An Open Font License release, self-hosted here.
